Westlink in Belfast closed over 'suspicious vehicle'

Police have warned commuters to expect major traffic disruption as both lanes of the Westlink in Belfast have been closed due to a suspicious vehicle.

Army bomb experts are at the scene of the alert at Grosvenor Road.

Police said the vehicle was discovered at 0440 GMT on Monday.

The M1 motorway is also closed between Stockman's Lane and Divis Street.
